We treat your home with respect. This step involves protecting adjacent areas, completing minor timber repairs (like re-setting nails), and setting up our advanced dust extraction systems. A thorough vacuuming is performed before any sanding begins to ensure a pristine environment.
Precision Sanding
Our technicians sand in stages, moving from coarse to fine grits (40 to 100-grit) to level the floor and remove old coatings. We use specialised equipment for edges and hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a perfectly flat, uniform surface ready to accept the new finish.
Sustainable Coating & Finishing
We apply your chosen stain or tint followed by multiple coats of our premium, low-VOC, water-based polyurethane. We perform inter-coat buffing to ensure a smooth, durable finish. Our coatings are safe for your family and pets and dry quickly, so you can return to your space sooner.
After-Care & Maintenance
