Spotted Gum
Rich tones · interlocked grain

Blackbutt
Pale, neutral · QLD favourite
Clean and light. Pairs beautifully with modern interiors, but versatile enough for traditional homes too. Sustainably sourced and reliably consistent.
Jarrah
Deep red hues · fine grain

Acclimation matters. We let the boards live in your home for two weeks before we install - so the floor that looks beautiful today still looks beautiful in ten years.
Prepare
Subfloor cleaned, levelled, moisture-tested. Foundation right means the floor lasts.
Stack & breathe
Boards delivered, stacked in the room for 2 weeks to acclimate to your home's environment.
Lay & fix
Boards installed with attention to layout and spacing. Most spaces complete in a few days.
Sand & seal
On-site sanding (99% dust-free), low-VOC water-based finish, final inspection. Done.
Five habits
for a long life.
Timber is durable, but a little thought goes a long way. Follow these and your new floor will look as good in twenty years as it does on day one.

Sweep regularly
Soft broom or vacuum with a brush attachment to remove grit. It's grit underfoot that scratches a finish.

Avoid excess water
Damp mop only - never soak the timber. Standing water is timber's biggest enemy indoors.

Use protective pads
Felt pads under chair legs, table feet, anything that moves. Saves the surface - and your nerves.

Minimise direct sunlight
Curtains or blinds during peak sun hours. Prolonged UV will fade the colour over years.

Recoat periodically
Every 3–5 years, reapply protective finish. Maintains lustre, durability, and the warranty.
