We love our floors!!! We had Paul and his team sand and polish our 20yr old Pine floors and stairs in March 2024 and couldn’t have been happier with the result! Erwin was recommended  by Stephan Smith real estate being there carpenter.... and i was wanting to do it myself But thought I should get it done professionally I am very happy with the result I was onsight the whole time living down stairs, Seeing how they cross hatched With there sanding to get an even plain and finishing with 4 coats I was really pleased, They got the colouring of the putty so close you can't notice it in sections they also left me product so I could do my toilet out house, Get onto them if you want it done properly. Fair warning - read your contract! The team at Enviro Floors go to a lot of trouble to get you to sign their comprehensive contract, best if you read it. I didn't...As to the finished product, it's stunning. We had Enviro Floors sand and polish our floors 13 years ago, they were in really bad shape then, some covered in tar as waterproofing, some covered in gloss paint. This time around it was a refinish - and they look amazing again. So, thanks to the team for another 13 years of trouble free, beautiful floors!
